The licensing package includes Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. 

 Access to our on-demand training portal for our Business Central Quick Start course.

Your implementation coach provides copies of our standard chart of accounts and financial reports as well as templates to be used for customers, vendors, items, and opening balances. 

We configure your system, import your data from the templates, and run internal testing on business processes. We’ll run through our system testing with you live in a Go Live Readiness session so you can see that transactions are working before you commit to going live with your new system.  

Open accounts payable, open accounts receivable, current inventory, and opening financial balances are populated based on the information you return to us in the templates. We’ll provide proof of balances directly out of the system showing how they compare to the templates you provided. 

On the go live date, you’ll be provided with the final production copy of your new Business Central system as well as an identical sandbox environment where you can try anything first before committing it to your production company. 

In the first week, we’ll meet to be sure you remember all the steps needed to enter purchase orders and invoices, to enter sales orders and invoices, to enter customer deposits, and to pay vendors. This is a great time to get all your new system questions addressed. 

We already know that financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and recurring journal entries are the three top Business Central features that make new implementations successful. We’ll work with you after the go live date to make sure these critical features are working. 

In the first month, we’ll help to make sure you are ready to do month end journal entries, run the month end close, and produce financial statements. 

To make sure you’ve got someone available for further questions, you’ll have access to your implementation coach for additional time to meet for questions you have as you grow into your new system.
